Before you arrive
Check the airport, terminal and check-in closing time with your operating airline. Follow the meeting time confirmed by HTS.
Check-in and luggage
Prepare your travel documents and booking reference. After checking in, make sure your boarding pass is correct and keep your luggage tags.
Security and boarding
Follow signs and staff instructions. Check your gate number and boarding time on the screens, as information can change.
If you have a connection
Check whether your luggage is checked through or must be collected and checked in again. Ask staff at check-in, especially when travelling on separate tickets.
